Bank Financing

Bank financing is probably the cheapest money you can buy……if you can get it! If you do get it, there is a limit to it. Do you keep your credit line close to a zero balance, using it to finance your cost of goods sold and payroll, and pay down the debt quickly as your customers pay you? What happens when you get a lot of orders? Will the bank increase your credit line? What happens when the bank calls your debt? They have been known to do that lately, even if you have not missed a payment.
